The balance owing would be charged to the card in Canadian, and then processed into USD by the credit card company based on the rate of the day. The Front desk may be able to do an exchange in small denominations, however, a local bank would be the best option.

Electricity: Outlets and voltage (110 volts) are the same as in the United States.

Language: Canada's two official languages are English and French, but English is the predominant language in Ontario. Many banks, hotels, airline offices, service institutions, shops and key tourist destinations have multilingual staff.

Do I need a passport to travel to Canada?

Domestic Travellers: A passport is not required if you are driving across the border, however as of January 23, 2007 passports are now mandatory for all flights within North America.
